2nd Degree – Intermediate:
Espresso Sensory and Latte Art

Building on the 1st Degree – foundations, this class will teach you how to “dial” in your espresso so that it tastes the best and compliment it with perfect Latte art on top. You will get to try several different single origins and coffee blends from all over the world and learn how different regions and processing methods create very different sensory results.

Our trainer has over 20 years’ experience working with coffee as a barista, trainer, competitor and coffee roaster. He will help you understand the science and art of coffee.

This lesson is a must for anyone that wants to do Latte Art, make exceptionally great coffee at home, or to be able to secure work as a barista.

By the end of this lesson you will be able to dial in espresso for specific sensory outcomes, pour Latte Art patterns and prepare drink orders with effective workflow practices.

  • You must complete the 1st Degree of Coffee – Foundations before enrolling in this class
