This course teaches the fundamentals, the brewing routine, texturing milk, how to create all the beverages (Cappuccino, Latte etc), and how to do basic latte art. It is modelled after the minimum requirements to be able to work as a Barista in an Australian Cafe.

This short course is designed to introduce you to hand brewing filter style coffees in a commercial environment using a pour over method (v60) or Aeropress. It is for anyone that has little to no experience and will equip you with the fundamental knowledge you need to know, as well as provide enough practice time for you to develop basic skills, so that you can prepare filter coffee that results with a well-balanced sensory experience.
