Step through the glass doors of our South Melbourne roastery at 300 Coventry St, where our 80kg Menado and UG22 Probat roasters stand as the heart of our Australian operations. Across the water in Malaysia, our signature navy blue roastery is a local landmark. Housing both 30kg and 15kg machines, this facility works daily to provide precision-roasted beans for our wholesale partners and retail community alike.
Between these two hubs, we roast over two tonnes of coffee every week, meticulously crafting both our premium single origins and our signature blends.
