These courses are designed to deliver a maximum amount of content in a short amount of time with the trust that you and your team will implement the knowledge and skills in your workplace. After all, the true key to mastering the Barista profession is practice!
There are 2 specialized classes we run every month for our VIP customers;
BASIC
ADVANCED*
*Students must complete the BASIC class or be able to demonstrate skills and prior learning before enrolling in the ADVANCED class.
Both classes are held at our Micro-roastery in PJ (see full address HERE). All students will receive a certificate upon completion.

BASIC SKILLS
This course is suitable for someone with little to no experience, it covers all the basic skills required of a Barista and is aimed at getting them ready to work under the guidance of your head Barista / team leader.
This class includes 1.5hrs of online learning (videos) which can be accessed and viewed from a smart phone, and 3.5hrs of practical training which is conducted at our Micro-roastery.

BASIC SKILLS BOOKING FORM
ADVANCED SKILLS
This course is suitable for experienced staff that have been working for at least 2 months making espresso based beverages. Students enrolling in this course must know how to prepare Espresso consistently and do basic grinder calibration.
The focus for this class is to develop sensory awareness for different levels of strength and extraction, and be able to manipulate them via grind size, brew-time and brew-ratio control to produce well-balanced Espresso shots.
This class includes 1hr of online learning (videos) which can be accessed and viewed from a smart phone, and 2.5hrs of practical training which is conducted at our Micro-roastery.
