The Roasters Club. Keep Your Hands on the Drum.

The 2-Day Roaster Fundamentals gives you the foundation. The Roasters Club is where it becomes skill -- ongoing access to the academy's roasters and a coach, on club days that fit around your week. No curriculum. No waiting your turn. Just reps.

Why It Exists
Two days teaches you roasting. Reps make you a roaster.

Nobody's garage has a commercial drum roaster in it -- and roasting is a motor skill with a palate attached. It fades without practice and sharpens fast with it. The Roasters Club exists so the gap between your course and your next credential is filled with real batches, real curves and real cupping tables -- not theory you slowly forget.

Book your seatReserve a machine on a club day -- weekday or weekend. Groups stay small so everyone roasts plenty.
Roast your batchesYour plan, your profiles. Bring your own green or roast from ours -- the machines are warm either way.
Cup and diagnoseEverything you roast goes on the cupping table the same day. The palate stays the scoreboard.
Log and repeatNotes in, variables changed one at a time, next batch better. The same loop that built your foundation.
A Club Day, Start to Finish

Structured Enough to Progress. Free Enough to Experiment.

No lessons to sit through -- but you're never just left alone with a machine. Here's the shape of a typical club day.

Step 1Plan your roastsArrive, check the green on hand (or weigh in your own), and plan your batches with the coach -- what you're testing, chasing or fixing.
Step 2RoastYou run the machine start to finish. The coach watches your curves and steps in when a decision matters -- otherwise it's your roast.
Step 3Cup everythingYour roasts go on the table with the other club members' work. Blind, side by side, SCA protocol -- honest feedback, no sugar-coating.
Step 4Debrief and logWhat the cup said, what changes next batch, and what to practise before your next club day. Your log builds toward Intermediate.

Where It Leads

Club Days Are the Bridge to SCA Roasting Intermediate.

Every club batch is a rep toward the next rung of the SCA pathway. Members who book regular club days arrive at Intermediate already fluent in profiles, repeatability and cupping -- with a logged track record to show for it.

Questions, Answered Straight

Before Your First Club Day

The things members actually ask us on WhatsApp.

I've finished the 2-Day Roaster Fundamentals. How do I join?
You're in -- the club is for graduates. WhatsApp us on +60 12-750 1615, tell us you want club days, and we'll send you the next dates and how booking works. Member booking and sign-in live behind a members-only page; we'll get you access when you book your first day.
Do I need to bring my own green coffee?
No. You can roast from ours, bring your own, or both. Many members start on our green and move to their own as they build profiles they want to own.
Is a coach really there the whole time?
Yes -- that's the point of the club. A coach is on the floor for every club day: reading your curves, tasting your roasts, and flagging what to change before your next batch. You roast independently, but you're never roasting alone.
How many people are on a club day?
Small -- deliberately. Every member gets meaningful time on a machine and real attention from the coach. If a day you want is full, we'll fit you into the next one.
Can club days count toward SCA Roasting Intermediate?
They're the best preparation there is. Intermediate assumes Foundation-level fluency -- profile building, repeatability and cupping judgement. Regular club reps build exactly that, and your logged batches are a genuine track record when you're ready to book.
How do club day rates work?
Club days are booked per seat, with rates for members. WhatsApp us on +60 12-750 1615 for the current rates and the next month's dates -- we reply fast.
