The same schedule runs every single week. Pick any Monday to start the Australian Barista Complete Course, Australian Barista Fundamentals, or SCA Foundation. The Skills Accelerator starts every Wednesday. SCA Intermediate starts every Tuesday.

Coffee Roasting Courses
Hands-on roasting with Tristan. Two-Day Fundamentals runs Monday–Tuesday. SCA Roasting F+I runs Monday–Wednesday. Four-Week Development is rolling Sundays after Fundamentals — not a five-day weekday course. Only 4 students per cohort.
