The only Australian barista trainer based in South East Asia. 27 years of experience spanning Melbourne, Sydney, and now Kuala Lumpur. Founded the World Espresso Championship. SCA-certified Authorized Trainer. Tristan personally teaches the Australian Barista Course and all SCE premium programs. His deep understanding of Australian cafe culture, hiring practices, and workplace expectations is a unique asset that no other Malaysian training provider can offer.

Beatrice is the heart of Cottle Academy's day-to-day training. SCA-certified and passionate about helping beginners build confidence behind the espresso machine. She teaches the majority of Cottle Academy courses — from the 2-Day Fundamentals to the 5-Day Complete program. Her patient, encouraging teaching style makes even the most nervous students feel at home. Specialises in latte art and helping students develop muscle memory for perfect espresso extraction.
