What This Is

Train the Trainer

This programme does not teach you to make better coffee. It teaches you to teach others to make better coffee. You will learn adult learning principles, assessment design, facilitation skills, and SCA-aligned training methodology.

By the end of the programme you will have led supervised practice teaching sessions with real students and received structured feedback from Tristan. This is not a certificate you buy — it is a credential you earn.

Entry Requirements

Who Can Apply

Required: Experienced Barista
You must demonstrate advanced barista skills and at least 2 years of professional experience. This is not a beginner programme.
Required: Completed Cottle 5-Day Course
Completion of the Australian Barista Complete (5-Day) or equivalent demonstrated experience. We need to know you can already do what you will teach.
