5-Day Roasting Course
Our flagship roasting programme. Five intensive days with Tristan taking you from green bean novice to confident roaster. You will roast multiple batches every day, cup your own coffee, and leave with the skills to roast commercially or build your own brand.
What You Will Cover:
- Day 1: Green bean evaluation, moisture & density, roasting equipment basics
- Day 2: Roast curves, heat transfer, first crack mastery, light to medium roasts
- Day 3: Second crack, dark roasts, development time, cooling & storage
- Day 4: Profile design for different origins, espresso vs filter roasting, cupping protocol
- Day 5: Blend creation, production scaling, roastery operations, cost & yield management
2-Day Roasting Class
The essential roasting course for anyone who wants to understand what happens inside the drum. Perfect for baristas who want to complete their knowledge, cafe owners who want to roast in-house, and coffee enthusiasts ready to go deeper.
What You Will Cover:
- Day 1: Green bean anatomy, moisture & density testing, roasting equipment, first roasts
- Day 2: Roast curves, heat management, first & second crack, cupping your roasts
SCA Roasting Certification Pathway
Earn internationally recognised Specialty Coffee Association credentials. Each level builds on the last, taking you from beginner to professional roaster. Or bundle Foundation + Intermediate together and save RM990.
SCA certifications are recognised by employers in 70+ countries. The Foundation + Intermediate bundle is the most cost-effective way to earn both credentials.
